Lemon Cake Mix Dessert Pizza. Light and lemony, this blueberry dessert pizza is nice to serve after dinner, as an accompaniment to that special cup of afternoon tea or as a very special breakfast pastry. A 13×9-inch pan may be used instead of a pizza pan. Pat crust over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.

Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk the oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla together until combined. Whisk in the zucchini. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Directions. 1 For the streusel: In a medium bowl, stir together the almonds, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the butter and, using your hands, pinch the mixture together until the butter is evenly incorporated and the streusel begins to clump together. Chill until ready to use. 2 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Nuts – Salted, roasted, caramelized, nuts are a classic ice cream topping and there are so many to choose from. For ice cream toppings, you can add them whole or chopped. Almonds, peanuts, pistachios, cashews, pecans, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, walnuts. The saltiness plays off of the sweetness of the other ingredients perfectly. Transfer the roasting pan with the cheesecake to the oven and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 60 to 70 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are set and the center is still slightly jiggly. Turn the oven off, crack the oven door slightly, and allow the cheesecake to cool in the warm oven for 1 hour. Place a large metal baking or roasting pan (I usually use a 9×13-inch baking pan — do not use glass) on the bottom rack of the preheated oven. Pour boiling water into pan, about 1 inch deep. Immediately place the cheesecake on the center rack. Close oven to trap the steam inside. Place a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl with a set of electric hand beaters, combine dry cake mix, half of the sour cream container (4 ounces), and the rest of the cake ingredients.

Fried onions. Bacon crumbles. Maple Syrup or honey: Might sound weird but the sweet flavor from a dash of maple syrup or honey pairs so well with the savory spices of chili! Ranch dressing. Soy Sauce: Used sparingly, adds a nice depth of flavor. Mango: Sweet (mango) and salty (chili)….a great combo and adds a nice, tropical freshness.
